How early should I arrive for my appointment?


Due to the exclusiveness of our suite, we ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment.


Does membership pricing include gratuity?


No, gratuity is not include in membership prices.

What is your late arrival policy?

Please call and let us know if you are running late. You will receive the remaining time of your scheduled appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If a cancellation takes place with less than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 25% or $25, whichever is more.

What is an appropriate tip?


Tipping is normally 15% - 20% of the pre-discounted price of service.


Do you take walk-in appointments?


Due to the exclusiveness of our suite, we do not take walk in appointments. Please be sure to call ahead for an appointment. Our therapist and techs are out networking when they don't have appointments.


Do your gift certificates expire?

Yes, service gift certificates expire 90 days from the purchase date. The paid value of a service gift certificate is valid for 6 months from purchase date.

Gift Certificates with dollar amounts are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
